Decent professor. She's pretty boring and makes terrible jokes. Her Stat Lab homework really helps understand the material. She will go over homework in class for better understanding. For tests, she allows students to bring a cheat sheet, a regular college ruled sized paper that can be filled front and back with ur choice of notes. Take her!

She is a very nice lady, but like someone mentioned before, she is not going to baby anyone. There are 3 tests and then the final. No bonus was offered, but there are many homework assignments to help you keep your grade up. Don't buy a book, you'll need to buy an online code that comes with online access to the textbook.

She is a very good professor when teaching, however will treat you like an adult when it comes to your grades. SO SAVE YOUR EXCUSES BECAUSE SHE IS NOT HEARING IT! and she is hilarious and very helpful if she believes you are trying to learn.

GREAT TEACHER!!!! I absolutely loved her teaching style. She gives lots of xtra points and lets students use a sheet of notes for tests. She has a funny sense of humor and it makes class better. Just show up & pay attention and you will learn and pass the class. Definately take her if you can!!!!

I don't think it's possible to make statistics interesting, but her fast pace, enthusiasm and jokes make it bearable. Exams are easy, just study the powerpoint slides she makes available and do the homework. Small amount of homework (though mandatory) and often gives classwork. I recommend her.

I took her my first semester at UHD (Spring 2009). I was a transfer from UH Main, and with UH mentality, I did the hw thinking it was assigned. To my surprise, HW is not due in her class. But i continued doing the assigned hw, which she reviews the next class for the first 15 mins. Do HW, ask questions. She is available for help! Easy A!

You must go to class everyday cause she does random classwork assignments which are for a grade and will help. also to take good notes and if you attend everyday you won't fall behind. you get to use a cheat sheet on each exam and final. we had to do community service which was weird and a waste of time but easy grade. take her she is not horrible!

I really liked her. Attendance is fairly mandatory for participation grades, and to understand the material. She covers material very well! She requires explanations for every step of every problem which is a pain, but in the end, everything makes SO much more sense. Cheat notecards on tests are allowed makes it pretty hard to fail.
