His lectures are very boring and do not really help you learn. Make sure to go to lab because that's where most of your learning will come from. On programs do not wait til the night before just in case you get stuck. Program tests are easy while no one does good on his written tests.

He expects everyone to already know everything there is to know in Java programming. If you don't, it is a complete challenge to keep up. Not really appoarchable to ask questions. He doesn't teach, he speaks and expects you to know all the lingo with Java.
