I recommend this class. Everything you need to know he goes over clearly in class, so attending is key. All exams are open notebook. Just make sure to go over all of the calculations. He does not give credit if anything is wrong (even just part) in the problem.

Comment:

Method of instruction takes the "fear" out of Stats. Would like to have gained a better understanding of the computer aspect of the course (SPSS) though. Overall, great class / assignments are reasonable. Would recommend!

Ugh. Horrible professor. His teaching is so scattered it makes it difficult to understand what steps to take to do a problem. He is so uninterested in teaching that he gets annoyed if you try and ask him anything. Sure a take home final is nice but it does nothing if you don't know how to do the problems. (And yes, I attended every class)
