Comment:

She is my favorite professor at RSC. Her exams are based on the notes she gives in class and some of the readings. She's a fair grader and will try to help you as much as she can. I love it when she talks about her children because it's easier to remember. I would not recommend skipping this class as her notes make up the majority of the exams.

Comment:

She is one of the best professors I have ever had. She is super sweet and helpful. Whenever I see her outside of class she makes an effort to talk to me and see how everything is going. She's great and I would recommend her for any psych class she teaches.

Very scatterbrained, much like others have said! I took 3 classes with her and learned a lot though. She is more than willing to help after class or talk further. Take clear notes of everything she says; terms, theories, dates. What she says in class will be the only material on the 3 exams. Gives great grad school recommendations too.

All she does is talk about her personal life; her kids, her kids friends, her friends husband. And she tells you secrets about them. I know more about her son's best friend than I do about the subject. Easy course though, speak up and talk about personal experiences you had. She is unorganized with notes.

She is great! She loves the classes she teaches and it shows. She's very approachable, upbeat, and sweet. She is very invested in her students and did so much for me during my time at RSC. Advise for her classes: Read the textbook and don't be shy about speaking up, especially with relevant personal experiences and insights.

Dr. McIntyre is the best teacher I ever had. I would take her class over and over again if I could. I love her new haircut and makes the best zucchini bread. I enjoy when she talks about her kids and I don't think she should be a stay at home mom. She is too good of a teacher to stay home.

She is very nice. Her exams are very easy. Most of the material is from class, but also study the key terms from the textbook. Where she gets tough are on the essays. Usually she assigns one research paper per semester. She is very picky about them, make sure to proofread, she grades like an english teacher.

Julie, is not very helpful nor does she teach the material required, instead she tells you about her children and how they fit or do not fit the psychological norms as well as abundance of Journal articles, she admits she wants to do research and only teaches for financial reasons. She has no interest in 90% of the class just a select few.

Julie, helped to make my experience at Sage! I don't know what I would have done without her, you do have to be a bit self motivated with her, cause she can be a bit silly, but she is the sweetest person in the world, and will get you were you need to go!
