DONT TAKE THIS CLASS. He barely gives any notes on the material. He spends half the class talking about his life stories, which i know more than the material. He lets us out really early. His tests are insanly hard and the review he gives us doesnt help much. Our first test basically the whole class failed. I recommend not taking this class.

Mr.Ed wasn't too great. I took him for fall and I honestly didn't learn much from this class. He let us out early all the time, tests are really hard & he forgets about quizzes. Talks too much about his life and things that are irrelevant to humanities. He is very funny & has a great sense of humor but don't waste your money if you wanna learn.

Talks about his life stories constantly, hardly teaches. Only a little of what is in the book is actually on his quizzes/tests, but if you don't have the book you'll fail. He is funny, but I didn't get what I paid for in his teaching. He often had 30-45min classes & let us out. Allowed students to get away with cheating. Never know what is on test

This guy is a little crazy but awesome at the same time. You will barely have to do any homework or read the book. Bring it to class so you can know what he's talking about. Every class your going to get a 'Mr. Ed story' about something crazy in his life, but they are usually super funny. VERY EASY CLASS. Any class that he teaches...take it easy A.

hes a cool guy BUT i wouldn't recommend taking this class?unless you want to waste your time and money. call me old fashioned but im paying for my education so i hope to actually learn something. he doesn't really teach at all and his tests are over things we never covered. i failed every test and got a A in the class?

I've had Professor Ed a couple times. He's pretty funny and quite knowledgeable. He doesn't really teach much though, lots of movies, and he loses track of what you're talking about. He also likes to chit chat about his life. All in all he's cool though.

One of the coolest professors at Valencia! His tests are extremely hard so count on doing the essays he assigns well. DO ALL THE EXTRA CREDIT AND THE ESSAYS AND YOU will pass no problem. He's a lot of fun! Make sure you show up or you're a loser!

hes hilarious, probably one of the funniest profs ive ever met. his class is VERY easy, we watched movies 90% of the time, but they are very interesting and pertain to the subject were studying. didnt learn too much but it was a very entertaining class. hes awesome!

Szymanski's quite a character. I enjoyed his class very much. I learned some valuable lessons taking his Renaissance and Baroque course. Listen to his stories, they may be on his tests! And beware Jeopardy from Hell! A game where all students go up against him alone with review question. Chances are you WILL NOT win

I had Ed for Religion class this summer.I learned absolutely nothing , which was very disappointing.This guy is wayyyyy too easy!!You would have to be mildly retarded not to get at least a B.If you want to learn something DO NOT take this guy for anything!!If you want a GPA booster take Ed, your exam will be too eat sandwiches...NO JOKE!!!

I took him for Ren. and Baroque it was such an easy course! He assigns only 3 simple papers and a few (VERY) difficult tests. He always curves the tests though so there is no excuse not to do great. He says all the time "Just read the book". If you read the book, you'll ace his tests without the curve. He definately picks favorites but he's awesome

took Humanities & Baroque. Funny, entertaining teacher. Says awful insults to students, it only means he likes you. Several missed classes- but he was sick, extra credit opportunities. He's a good teacher but makes fun of you in class. I didnt really like him. Doesnt teach anything. Hes really rude. His tests are kinda hard but if you study what he gives you then you will do ok. If you want to learn anything, dont take him for Into to Hummanities. He does let you out early though.

Mr. Ed is a great professor. I am currently taking Intro to Humanities. He gives a lot of extra credit opportunities and is pretty funny when he lectures. He is sarcastic, so if you don't have a sense of humor, then don't take him. He gives reviews for tests and the essay questions for the tests are take-home.
