Dr. Feild is great! He has personal experience in HR, he co-wrote the textbook, and much of the research we use in class is based on his own personal studies. He really knows what he is talking about, and he truly wants everyone to get an A1! He gives several opportunities for extra credit.

Great professor. Really wants to help each student in the course and career wise. Takes the time to get to know students personally. Course has several exams and some assignments. Very reasonable tests and he definitely knows what he is talking about.

Great teacher! Makes an effort to know everyone and is very helpful. Class is kind of detailed but it is a 5000 level course. Gives you option to be graded by tests only or tests and research project. Would highly recommend this professor.

Excellent professor!!! He teaches the material well and really cares about his students. He makes an effort to get to know everyone in his class. He is definately one of my favorite professors at Auburn. His tests are challenging so make sure you know the material.

The tests were very difficult, but very fair. Feild is out to make sure his students learn about the subject and take something with them at the end of the semester. I wish I had him for all my major classes...he was GREAT!! He made selection my favorite class!!!
