Ed is a really nice and caring person to his students. Not arrogant at all. Only problem is, he does not give all grades back or assign point values so you are left guessing your grade till midterms and finals. Sometimes he just emails you back your assignment with a letter grade on it, sometimes you never know what your grade is.

He's a wonderful teacher, and it's obvious that he cares about his students and the material covered in class. It's refreshing to have a professor who is passionate about the material, but doesn't try to be dogmatic in the way he teaches it to you. He makes the classes very interactive, and is very approachable and helpful.

Professor Wells is probably one of my favorite professors at Wilson. He's very genuine, and is passionate about what he teaches. Discussion plays a pretty big role in class, so be prepared to speak up. He cares about his students, and his classes are always interesting. Lots of guest speakersfun activities. :)

I disagree totally that this Prof. is arrogant. He is a very helpful and wonderful person. I am a graduate of Wilson and can still call for any and all help with my career questions. He just has a wonderful approachable outgoing personality.

I've had a lot of classes with this guy and he's awesome. Loves to teach and is passionate about his subject. All his assignments are reasonable and so are the tests. There's no reason not to do well in his classes. He's also just an awesome guy who likes to stay involved on campus.

Ed is very fun professor--always interested in his courses and excited about what he's teaching--helps keep you awake! Reviews a lot before tests, usually; tests cover lecture, so just review notes. Likes essay tests. Also took for Science & Tech; got an A in both. Be prepared for lots of group discussion.

This professor seems off. He gets all his info online and used an out dated textbook. He also asked random questions on the test(little figures that no one remembered). Guess thats what you get at Wilson for $30,000 in tuition

he is a really nice guy. very exciteied about environmental issues. he used several different methods of participatioin, general- anyone can speak, Fish bowl- only those chisen for the fishbowl may speak, but there are open spots for anyone to join in, and small groups. really nice guy.
