A nice person. I found the lectures interesting, though I had trouble connecting idea from time to time. Definitely avoid him if you are looking for a average-booster. He's quite picky.

very difficult to understand.. (I still have no clue what hegemony/discourse etc is!) I felt very frustrated in every class.. it was very stressful. Mind you he could be occasionally very interesting/witty.. however I found his teaching difficult to deal with academically and interpersonally. STRESS! I was so glad to be finished with this prof!

I had Eddy last year, and man did he ROCK! He is very supportive and easygoing. A very **fair** marker standing more toward the **easy side** ^^b. Key: put in the extra effort and he will definitely give you a good grade!

Best English TA EVER! Creates a totally comfortable environment for discussions; open, understanding, extremely funny, patient, and COOL. He's not hard as long as you back up ur points with examples from the text. He loves new ideas, and very supportive!
