Comment:

Scared of math? No worries! Eiki is VERY good at explaining tough subjects clear as day. Really nice and caring guy, takes things VERY slow to ensure you grasp everything. Overall a very laid back class. Doesn't take attendance, but still pay attention and take notes so you're ready for the exams. Best math prof I've ever had, seriously.

I had a great experience with Professor Satake's general statistics course at Framingham State University. His lectures are incredibly clear and through, and he doesn't assume that you have much background knowledge. He is also a very friendly guy, and has a generous grading policy. I would recommend him to anyone!

Knows his stuff. Presents information in a very structured, well-thought-out fashion. Extremely patient with questions. May sometimes misunderstand your questions, but will always try to answer as helpfully as he can; just be persistent until you get the answer you're looking for. Great person and teacher.

He is a very nice man and knows a lot about math. However, he goes extremely in depth when explaining how to do a problem which may take him a very long time to do one problem and also may cause you to get lost. If you are good at math, it is a really easy class. Just make sure you get the textbook because that is what he always uses to follow.

Eiki comes dressed to impress everyday "because his wife has a friend who works at Neiman Marcus". He is probably the most thorough teacher at Emerson and likes to go over topics a 100 times so that each and every student understands (wish more professors taught like that at Emerson)! Leaves the room during tests and doesn't take attendance.

he's the nicest guy ever! you can miss every class and won't get in trouble because he doesn't take attendance. his tests are usually 3-5 questions. he always lets you out early. he's a really nice guy, just pay attention in class and you will get an A

holy god, this guy. the class was boring and slow. i fell asleep constantly and i like math. i completely didn't understand anything he taught; he uses his formulas in place of other general ideas so students better understand them...yeah, no (i got an A in bsns calc). i wouldn't recommend him, but seeing the other rates, maybe he's changed.
