Easy class very nice lady helpful and understanding easy tests. she reviews for the test and the same questions and answers are on the test except there are 3 different tests so it will be hard to cheat. I wish i could have her for my Eco 210. Good-luck!!! 3 tests one optional and a final she drops the lowest grade!!!

Very nice lady; had her for Economics in high school. Always willing to help students who didn't understand a subject. Prepares for exams very fairly; you know what to expect on the tests, no tricks. Tests can be a bit long winded (had like 75 questions on one exam) and she will sometimes lose the class if there are a lot of rowdy students.

Sweetheart. The biggest ever. If you don't do well on an exam, you can just talk to her about it, and she is more than willing to help you. She gives great notes and her exams derive straight from them. Such a sweet lady. Wants to pass you. Took her twice for eco 101 and eco 212 and would love to take her again.

Ive been at CSI for 3 years an this was by far the absolute nicest sweetist proffesor i have ever had pay attension in class study review and you get good grade wish their were more professors like her at csi she is a great person and wants students to pass i enjoyed her class very much sweetest teacher ever

very care about international students, you can use translators in test. and the material was easy too, take her, but don't mess up any of the test, she always drop lowest one, and give extra chance, but i mess up the finals so got A-,although i got all As in other the test, her final only cover last few chapters, not all

Prof Shields is a good teacher. Shes smart, kind, and is considerate for her students. She is willing to do anything to help her students pass the course. I had an easy A and i think most of her students did too. I highly reccomend this professor to students who wants to learn economics and a good grade.
