If you like discussion based classes, well this is the one. Homework basically consist of reading, very simple. Come to class everyday, if you miss up to 5 classes your grade will be docked half a letter grade. Very sweet and passionate person about her work. Take this class seriously, she can differentiate between work and plain B.S!

She is super easy, just make sure you're in class. If you miss a certain amount of classes she will dock your final grade by a whole letter grade.

This class brought up some interesting (and great) points about our US healthcare system. She's very opinionated and doesn't listen to those with different opinions, which is frutrating when she is COMPLETELY wrong about things like vaccine safety (she thinks stuff causes autism, and that you can't transfer diseases during childbirth, etc)

This is a very good class for premed students or anyone looking to learn more about the healthcare system. It is not a difficult class if you are self-disciplined enough to organize yourself and do your assignments in a timely fashion. She likes class discussion a lot, which is good to keep in mind.

She is so sweet, and an easy grader she just wants you to learn and understand the material. Attendance isn't really necessary, You need the books and I suggest you do the work early.

Easiest A ever. Attendance wasn't mandatory, but towards half way through the semester because few people showed up she started a sign-in sheet. You do one presentation based on your chapters from 1 book, a journal log and 1 paper (which was our final) and that's it for the semester. Classes = people's presentations, EASY A and she's really nice!

Professor Cleeton is one of the nicest professors at Geneseo. Her classes are all discussion based so as long as you show up and talk you shouldn't have a problem doing well in her classes.

Professor Cleeton's classes are such a joke! I barely did anything all semester. If you show up to class fairly frequently, contribute to discussions, try to make your presentation fun, and do a decent job on the paper you will get an A!

I did not enjoy Prof Cleeton's class at all. The reading was weird and extremely BORING. She definately favors students that are liberal and does not grade fair. I had her for Soc Of Medicine, and she treated me differently in that class bc we have similar thoughts and ideas...also a scorned woman...so sad!

First impressions were not that great, but I learned to love her. Very helpful. Basically, you sit in a circle and talk about broad topics. Easy papers, write whatever you want. She loves participation, however she wont choose people who dont want to particpate. Easy A. Highly recommend.

Didn't care for her as a professor. She is EXTREMELY opinionated and can be rude. She can be offensive with her remarks about religion. I didn't care for her. TALKS about diversity and acceptance alot, but doesn't seem to live it from what I've seen! The class is easy tho...

This class was sorta interesting. Don't take her class at 8:30 am. She likes lots of discussion...this class was ok with her except giving random broad paper topics!

I sometimes feel like I signed up for feminism 101, but in all honesty I enjoy the class (most of the time) Don't expect to get too many details about the health care system but if you show up most of the time and participate in class you'll do fine. The essays are easy to do.. I havent read the books and I've gotten an A on both so far.

She is rather biased in her opinions and always seem to discuss the neg. aspects of the healthcare system. The class is 4 papers, not too bad. Class discussions very boring and pointless since much of it is according to what she thinks. The books were okay, nothing exceptional. Not a hard class, but not worth the amt of work just for a Soc class!
