Dr. Flanigan is a great professor. People who find her class difficult seriously need to reconsider their education as well as their direction in life. She gives clear directions and extensions, so if you fail then you're probably just lazy. I also like the fact that she gives you financial advice at the end of the term :)

Dr. Flanigan is a true sweetheart and an awesome teacher. Just go to class and do the homework and everything else will come easy along with a good grade. She is very helpful and is more than happy to help you out with anything in or outside the classroom. She is also a beach lady in the offseason!

Professor Flanigan is a great teacher that really cares about her students. She is your number one fan and she will tell you everyday. She will give you a hard time if you are not doing your best because she wants everyone to do their best. She gives real life lessons as well which help a lot. Dr. Flanigan is one of the best professors I've had at Montclair. Her class isn't difficult as long as you do the work (which is not a lot, nor difficult) and attend class. She teaches useful skills needed for careers and provides valuable information for life outside the classroom in regards to job interviews and financial planning. A must take!

It was a pleasure being in Dr. Flanigan's class this past semester. Not only was she extremely organized, but she incorporated real-world experiences in her class that really opened my eyes. The work she assigned was nothing crazy and the textbook was used often. Overall, Dr. Flanigan was a great professor and she really taught me a lot about life.

Dr. Flanigan is a sweet lady. She's actually retiring from Montclair and will be teaching at Stockton. Her class was easy enough, used the book, taught topics that would be difficult in class. She does take attendance and gave a few in class quizzes based on hw. She tries to incorporate important life lessons in class. I enjoyed taking her class.

I would recommend taking Dr. Flanigan. She is the only teacher who cares about her students when it comes to understanding the material. She will keep going over a topic when you do not understand something. Some of the topics are very hard to understand, but she makes it easy to comprehend. If you want no stress in a class I would take her!

Most of the other comments were spot on, except I don't think she assigns that much work. She's very nice, reasonable, and well-organized. Not a pushover though. Brings in real business advice. Attendance is a must! Class can be tedious if you already know basic Excel. I would def. take her again, wish she taught more info classes.

When I first signed on to the class I looked up Dr. Flanigans review and I was very nervous because I did not know what to expect. On the contrary the class was SUPER EASY idk what everyone is talking about. Just pay attention and know what your doing. She's a great professor and I have learned so much in her class. By far one of my favorite professors. She is extremely dedicated and brings a real world business feel in the classroom. She shares with students her real life experience from the corporate world. Her lectures are very easy to understand. She is concerned with her students performance. Pay attention in class, do the work and get an easy A!!!!!!
