Amazing Professor. She super sweet, very helpful. She's willing to stay late after class. She works with your dad pushes you to your full potential. So open minded and chooses amazing stories for the class. I would definitely recommend her.

This professor is one of the best I've ever had. Very caring, helpful, respected, very generous on grading. She gives extra credits for reading response and papers. Not too many homework, 4 papers (not hard), require reading before the class. She does check attendance. She is always willing to help and encourage people who work hard.

Professor Denbo was a good professor. She wasn't an easy class to take though, in my opinion. You have to make sure to read the novels and short stories assigned in class or else you'll be completely lost in class, which is not fun. I loved how with every essay, she allowed a revision to get a higher grade from the original grade.

Denbo is an amazing teacher! Reading other comments make me mad because the only way to get a bad grade in her class is by not trying. Sure she assigns essays and articles(like any other english teacher), but that's what you signed up for right? In the end, she makes all of that fun, entertaining and inspirational anyway! Would take her again!3

She is my FAVORITE professor, and I don't even like English!!! She has passion for teaching and it shows in how much she is involved with helping her students. Truly and enjoyable class with interesting topics. Highly recommend this professor!
