Not very helpful; her make up tests were only towards the end of the semester, right after the final. It was not fair to those who had back-to-back exams. Lab was more interesting because the instructor taught it more clearly.

Dr. E is, hands down, the best professor I have encountered throughout my undergraduate and graduate career. She is well organized, extremely well read, hillarious, and, get this- she actually cares about her students and how much knowledge they attain in their courses! She may be a difficult grader, but its well worth it!

She is great! Amazing, clear, and interesting lecture.Rough for an intro class, you have to work pretty hard if you want to make an A. If you attend lecture, print out slides and take notes, go to lab, and complete the lab assignments, you are well on your way to making a good grade. Make sure you give yourself adequate time to prepare for exams.

She is a very good professor, you can tell she is passionate about what she is teaching. I thought the class was very difficult though and she warns you coming into the class. You must study atleast a week or a few days before the test and start making notecards the day you get new material. Go to class every day and lab! if not you're screwed

Print out her outlines and take notes on them in class, she goes fast, so having some stuff already written helps. The reviews are really consise - GO TO THE REVIEW SESSIONS - she'll mark off certain things that wont be on the test. In studying use mostly your notes and the only parts of the book you have to read are the parts listed in the review

Dr. Erhart is, by far, the best prof. I have had at Texas State (even when it was SWT). She is thorough, easily approachable, humorous, knowledgable, organized, and challanging. Her tests are definitely difficult, but the material that she assigns to read is so relevant and interesting that it is not hard to do the reading and do well. I give her 5+ stars.
