Program was a test of character. To me, Zita's introductory speeches in week 1 and 2 made it clear that respect is very important to her. She deserves respect, and students deserve it just the same. So to me, it makes sense that some students didn't pass or receive as much credit as they wanted. Credit received will reflect how you treat others.

I had the opportunity to experience E.J. during her first year at TESC in 1995. Reading the reviews, she obviously did not consider the observations presented in my Faculty Evaluation. She is tough, abrasive, her lectures supplement the text. Show your work. She has specific office hours for students. I lasted 1 qtr based on her abrasiveness.

This is my second quarter with Zita. She seems well-intentioned, but is so resistant to any criticism or disagreement that she is difficult to work with unless you act as a passive information receptacle. She takes student points and twists them to support her beliefs. Her workshops are repetitive and she condescends to and interrupts students.

I feel like many students enter the class with all these strawman attacks on her character clear in their mind.. Poisoning their expectations. Already a group of students who hate her and many mentions of her reviews on here. Im not taking a fully science class. Never saw her reviews until almost complete img the course and I thought she was fine.

Zita has a special way of ignoring what you say and subtly (but not really) telling anyone who talks in seminar the answer that she thinks is correct. This includes conversations about philosophy. She was 1 12 quarters late uploading my evaluations and it was a direct copy of the evals of two of my classmates. She is smart but a bad teacher. Avoid

Dropped me from the course because I couldn't attend a "mandatory" unscheduled workshop even after explaining to her several times through email and in-person that it would be impossible for me to attend due to prior commitments, then told me I was dropped because of online assignments that I didn't do even though I had no access to them.

Zita is by far the worst professor I have had in my 4 years at Evergreen. She wrote a very negative evaluation of everyone in the class who disagreed at all with her opinions, & basically shoved her opinions down our throats. She spent entirely too much of our seminar time enjoying the sound of her own voice. I wouldn't take a class with her again.

Her discouragement will make you stronger. Once you know it all, she is just an instructor you had for 10 weeks. Take her insult as a challenge so that you will learn to communicate with a person like her. It is TRULY her business when it comes to teaching, so just listen to her lecture and took her knowledge and move on. She is rude but innocent.

Zita is a very smart woman (don't call her that), but she has no means to properly convey her knowledge to her students. She is incredibly unclear in terms of what's due. She doesn't take criticism well at all. She clearly has a gender bias. She's not a very nice person in general. In summary, she was the worst educational experience I've ever had.

Zita is one of the worst faculty members at Evergreen. She is late posting assignments and makes them due only hours after posting. This goes for midterms and finals as well. She herself will miss class for the birth of a cow but if your child is the ER and you cannot make it is no excuss for missing class.

she is the worst teacher I've ever had. Total feminist man hater. She makes the most interesting topics dull. She has no compassion for anyone. I once witnessed her club a baby harbor seal.. just for fun. Not really but thats how much of *** she is. You'd be making a horrible mistake to take her class. She has no place in academia. She hates people

This is the worse excuse for a human I have ever encountered. From the moment I told her I had a disability, she ignored me. She treated me like crap written and in class, and ignored me when I needed help. When final eval came, she accused me of stuff she did, bribed me to take less credits, final eval is full of comments against my disability.

E.J. is tough. She will push you: she doesn't have small expectations. She expects you to be on time, have done reading and to make a serious effort. If you don?t stay on your game, try to act like you know everything or disrespect her- she isn?t going to feed your ego. If you make an effort she will stand by you! She is an outstanding teacher

Worst teacher I've had in college. Absorbed in her opinions, not helpful or supportive of students, did not answer questions, demonstrated absurd favoritism, was rude, her lectures dragged on and went nearly nowhere, she was unorganized, would randomly not show up for class, made it incredibly apparent that she hates teaching, learning, & kindnness

Zita has an obsession with using bland power points and working at a very slow pace which leaves students looking for more depth. She also doesn't respect the Evergreen philosophy of letting student help direct the class. Overall I would strongly suggest never taking a class from her, no matter how awesome the other teacher she is teaching with is.

God. Zita is the WORST teacher I've EVER had. Don't believe ANY of these comments that say she is hard or challenging. She is NOT. The coursework she assigns is due at odd times, class time is spent discussing what we are going to do during class, she uses power points to teach, and she is rude and not helpful. There's more but I'm out of room

I'm by no means a slacker so she treats me with an ounce of respect rather than like I'm manure stuck to her shoe. She's by far one of the poorest examples of a human being that I've encountered. She berates students needlessly, is argumentative, & when asked for help, tells you it's not her problem. This is my 2nd program with her- avoid her!!!!!!

Zita is a great instructor who is also very involved in the community. Her lectures are clear, she is available if and when students have needed help, and she gives constructive feedback. She has high expectations for her students and does not deal well with slackers. If you're willing to work she'll recognize this and you'll do well.
