I LOVE Watson. She was there for me when I was upset and stressed out and looked out for me the rest of the semester. She is an amazing teacher, and I didn't see anyone in her class NOT improve dramatically. Students will talk badly about her because she challenges them. She comes off harsh at times, but it's because she knows what works.

Very interesting approach to the subject, you can tell she is extremely passionate about not only what she teaches but how she teaches it. I have drawn the figure before, but her approach was centered on the how the skeletal structure helps to draw a realistic person. After taking ths class, I feel like she made me a better artist. Hard grader tho.

says the same thing over and over again and it gets really annoying. never really taught me anything. nice but doesn't seem to bright. found her class frustrating because of her inability to teach. i love to draw and she made it less enjoyable.

Ellen is a wonderful teacher and I have learned so much from her. My drawing style I thought was pretty good when I came into the class, but apparently it wasn't. Now I can draw better than I could before. She loves hearing other peoples input, tries her best to get around the room to help people out. I loved this class always had a lot of fun!

Great teacher, very helpful. Grades fairly, based on the assignment and not on talent, but rarely gives As. She is very nice, she gives a lot of breaks during class, encourages listening to music, I've learned a lot and have improved greatly from this class, would recommend it to anyone!!
