Abrams is a super fun professor, I loved going to his class. The class was pretty easy as well, if you show up and take notes and study at least a bit before the exams it is not hard to pass with an A or B. He makes the exams easier than you expect as well. Super smart guy and would absolutely take any class of his again.

Abrams is a super nice guy. The class is easy; show up and take the notes and you'll be fine. The tests are very straightforward and come right out of the notes. He shows a lot of videos, pay attention half the time and you're good. Funny guy, makes class enjoyable. After 3 absences he takes 1% off your final grade for every absence.

Abrams is a wonderful professor, anyone who says differently probably doesn't attend class because all the material on the exams is pulled straight from his lectures. Granted some of it is written to study later while the rest is just understanding the points he's trying to make. Funny dude, kinda weird but nice and is very straightforward.

Hes an older professor but he makes a lot of jokes and is pretty funny. The 3 exams are pretty easy as long as you go to class and take notes. HE also HATES when you have any electronics out in class.

Loved Mr. Abrams, always shows up to class on time and teaches for about an hour then lets you out about 15 mins earlier almost every class. Funny guy and easy to listen to. ZERO HW. only 3 tests, test 1, midterm, final. Tests are very easy though with minimal studying! Take this class

Abrams really knows what he is talking about and you can tell he has a passion for archeology. Sometimes the lectures are boring, but of course they are, its archeology. Overall he is a really nice guy and he usually tells you whats going to be on the exams. Take notes and you'll do fine. Didn't use the textbook at all.

He's a nice guy, but lectures are super dry. Takes over thirty minutes to cover one PowerPoint slide. Attendance required, after one absence he begins to deduct 1% off your final grade. Fell asleep everyday, along with 50 other students

Professor does ramble, but has real life experience that is very interesting. Because of him and this class, I declared an Anthropology minor. Subject becomes very interesting. Try to stay focused. Fair grader. You get what you earn.

Archaeological Anthropology was a T3 class. We pretty much just read the book and discussed the topics within the book. There were two easy tests and then one take home essay test. Overall, great class.

Dr. Abrams is a great professor. The class was pretty easy. If you show up everyday and take notes and then review them before the test you'll make an A. He knows the subject very well. The classes can get a bit boring but other than that great class.

Class is really boring, but it is mandatory. If you copy everything down then you should do decent in the class. However, it is NOT an easy A, because some of his test questions are kinda unclear. Overall it's not a super awful class.

This class seemed to drag on foreverrr. He would ramble and take 30 minutes to go through each slide. Class consisted of boring slides and long movies. He was funny but he could talk for hours.

Very straightforward and witty. Great at telling stories that make the material interesting. Laughs at his own jokes and often. Not the most computer savy man in the world (uses overhead transparency projections or an occasional crude powerpoint). Has exams and some reading but that is about it- tells you what you need and what you should know.

Dr. Abrams is awesome. He makes a potentially boring subject somewhat fun. Write EVERYTHING down from overheads; 95% of exam questions come from overheads, no trick questions either. Don't buy the textbook unless you want the other 5% of the test questions. Takes random attendance, go to class, strict on attendance, did I mention the overheads?
