Elmer, that is how he like students to call him, is full of passion of teaching the class. He uses interesting stories and gestures to grasp students' attention and pass his ideas. As a lawyer, he knows what he is talking about. Excellent class and excellent teacher!

This prof knows his topic and LOVES to teach it! He keeps you awake (evening class) with a great cadence of really funny jokes that I had never heard before! Too bad most profs are not like The Elmer!

He is a great professor, I learned a lot of useful real-life law- and ethics-related things from him. The assignments and project were moderate and fun. The exams are easy and straight forward, you have to read the book though to do well.
