Probably the most boring class I have ever taken. He reads directly of the powerpoint slides and has very little to add. Doesn't prepare you well for the tests at all, and they are pretty difficult. I recommend studying the powerpoints and reading the book over the topics the powerpoints cover. Pretty nice guy, horrible teacher.

Amazingly boring class. He goes over the simplest of topics in wayyy to much depth. He isn't a bad guy, just needs to teach like the students aren't complete idiots. Half the classes or so were cancelled as well...

a little rude but on the whole a nice guy. has some essay type questions on the exams, so be ready to write a lot in his exams.

This class was not hard if you study the power point slides. Reading the book is not neccesary, either is listening in class. His lectures are really really boring, and he is not good about keeping hwork up to date. Overall, its not too hard, just boring.

The class material is boring, it's not his fault. Class is rather hard, material is hard to. Study a lot and go to class. He knows his stuff and really is a good teacher.

He lectures monotone, and makes sure he uses every minute possible. His tests are pretty hard, make sure you pay attention in class and study with the info he gives you the class before the test. Minimal work outside of class.

One of the most boring teachers! Does class participation points every week. Tests are easy if you read the slides and study a little bit. I heard he is easier than all the other DS teachers...so it is worth sleeping thru!
