Eric is such a great instructor. He is clear and very thorough in his explanations. He also tells you exactly what he expects of you so that it is easy to obtain an A; just follow the steps. He is a bit strange with an awkward sense of humor, but it's rather interesting and a bit amusing. Take him if you can.

Strand is a great teacher! He was really easy compared to my current writing 39C teacher. He gives great input, is a little strange at times (seems very preoccupied), but overall, I would recommend him. He tries to help you as much as possible on the assignments so you're not confused and he grades fairly.

Eric is an interesting professor. He has a weird sense of humor, gets annoyed easily, and is very helpful. Overall, he grades fair, although he can be tough at times on essays, but the comments he gives and peer conferences are very helpful. If you have the chance to take him, I would recommend it.

Very helpful in class and office hours. Gives good advice and will let students know exactly what he is looking for on an essay to help them out. I am glad I had the opportunity to have him as a teacher because he improved my writing ability a lot.
