Megan can't go a lecture without bringing up a drinking story. She's really great and I learned a lot, but there are times where it seems that she tries to modify your work to fit her desires, not necessarily your intention. Don't come to class without doing the readings!!! =/

Her Short Story class is amazing! Megan may be one of the best instructors I've ever had--she's interesting, passionate and entertaining, but never lets you slack off. Also, she's incredibly good- looking.

Megan is a fantastic teacher, she has an energy and enthusiasm in the classroom that is rare, and it keeps you interested. She will bring up her own experiences and talk frankly in a way that incites discussion. She will work with you wherever you are, struggling and depressed or soaring at the top of your game, and help you develop. Try her.

The best teacher I've had in the Fiction Department and perhaps the entire college. She's smart, witty, envigorating, and quick on her feet in the classroom. She breaths life into writing and into your own ideas ... not to be missed. I hear she also teaches a wicked Kafka class in Prague, but don't know if that happens every year?
