Intermediate with Kirk is very difficult and time consuming. But that is the class, not Kirk, she is a great teacher and goes way above the call of duty to help anyone who needs it outside of class.

As a junior, so far I think she's the best accounting prof in the school. Very helpful, knows a lot about the subject(s), and very caring. Can go fast, but she has to cause of all the material! For those of you who wanna pass the CPA exam, you better take Kirk for 301 and 302!

Comment:

Good instructor, but teaches this class for accounting majors and not finance majors. Accounting majors will enjoy ACC 302, but not others. This class is 10x tougher then ACC 301 and the hardest accounting class that exists.

Terrific teacher, horrible subject. Only take this class if you are an accounting major. She teaches the material the best anyone can and she is ALWAYS willing to help if you ask. Class is one of the hardest there is, but she can help you pass it. You must read the book and DO ALL the hw problems.

DO HOMEWORK OVER AND OVER UNTIL YOU UNDERSTAND IT FULLY!!! Dr. Kirk has teaching assistants and tutors to help, but go to them with specific questions and you will get an A. IT IS ALL ABOUT EFFORT! Lazy students...pick another major!!!!!
