THIS MAN DOES NOT MAKE ANY SENSE AT ALL. HORRIBLE CLASS. He talks to you like you are an idiot when he asks questions. He talks about things that are not even on the test. He grades horribly. He doesn't stay on topic. I do not recommend this professor.

This is tough. I've probably never had a nicer teacher who was more confusing. He knows his math for sure but can't relate it well, not for lack of trying. Learn from the book in class while you politely respond to his questions and you will "serve both masters". My 1010 class was aimed at "learning to think logically".

He is a GOOD professor. When it comes to grading, he is more than fair and he s gives out free points on tests. . This isn't a class you can get by without attending or doing the work. He reviews before every test; he is very thorough when it comes to explaining concepts or a problem.

Some of the comments on here are awful. He is a great person and likable guy but in my humble opinion, I didn't quite understand his method of teaching. However, if you work hard and study, you should do fine even if you aren't that great in math.

He's a very nice teacher. Very forgiving grade-wise. However, I ended up having to teach myself much of the material because he would skip around so much it was hard to understand. Take him if you can learn on your own and want an easy A or B, but if you're bad at learning math on your own, it's going to be hard to keep up.

He was a sweet old man, but he wasn't the best teacher. He did go off topic at least once a class period. He wasn't very good at explaining it in different ways if you didn't understand. His tests were pretty easy and he was a lenient grader. The majority of the final was from the beginning of the semester when you still doing pre-cal type work.

He's a great guy and very friendly. He'll make you laugh without even trying, the problem lies in his teaching. He's so familliar with the material that he seems to forget the students need to be taught and have things explained.

I took him for pre-cal and hes a great guy gets off subject ALOT!!!! He will explain things the best he can if you have any questions. The only thing is that on his tests and quizes he takes off alot of points for stupid things. Hes OK but you can find a better teacher.

Horrible teacher...class is incredibly boring. Tests cover rediculous amounts of info, most of which he doesn't cover or even touch on until after a test...if even then! Avoid all of his classes if possible- I have an A... but it took a ton of work
