Fr. Hart was definitely one of my most favorite professors from my first semester. His class is easy to fall asleep in, but I still pulled a B+ in his Religious Meaning class. Was very helpful and genuinely cared about all his students

Class is easy, but gets incredibly boring at times. He must have gotten yelled at, because he doesn't miss nearly as often as others say he did. There are only 100 points for the entire class, so mess up once and you're screwed.

Not as easy as spelled out in the comments below. He's an awesome guy, but the material is still hard. (If you came from a public school.) Details are KEY in his tests. His lectures are fun, but it still isn't a circus like people said. Online tests? Not anymore. He has his aid's to come give tests if he can't make it.

Fr. Hart is by far the funniest and most interesting professor i've had thus far. Made a subject that i thought was going to be lame very interesting and i loved it. I know so much about other cultures now...and it really does help in real life!!!!!! A++++++++++++++++++++++++

The class is an introductory course, and therefore not challinging to begin with- Fr. Tom's amusing antics are most welcome. He is a truly intiguing human being! Favorite quote of his thus far: "I am a quintessential, prototypical nerd-and I like it." He's the man!

Although he was an easy grader, he didn't bother to show up for about 1/4 of our classes, and virtually cut the rest of the 3-hr. meeting periods short by about one hour. One of the easiest classes I've ever enrolled in.

Fr Tom is da bomb! I have him for ERM and he is (to quote fr. tom himself) "the easiest religion teacher". Cancels class sometimes, has a great sense of humor and an overall great guy. We do learn in his class, but it is a great time.
