Professor Kranz is the best! She's very nice and jokes a lot. As far as grading she gives you a lot of chances to make up bad grades. She also extends assignments a lot because she wants her students to succeed. Assignments are pretty easy. No final or midterm. Impossible to fail! Take her!

Kranz is one of the best OU Proffs. I actually enjoyed going to this class. Her lectures involve a lot of personal life stories and make the class more enjoyable. There are online quizzes, drops at least 1, Assignments are not hard if you try. If you do bad you can re-do it. Final report is 30% of your grade so you better do your best on it.

Prof Kranz class wasnt the most helpful but it was easy. Shes one of those teachers who spend 90% of class time talking about her personal life. Shes real nice and helpful tho n will gladly extend deadlines. Show up everyday so she can learn ur name and face, that'll help u in the end. Class is mostly based on online quizzes and a report at the end

This was a VERY easy class. There was some busy work but the assignments never took that long to complete. She doesn't give a midterm or a final exam.. only a final report. She's a really nice person and gets off topic a lot but she's funny and very kind and caring. Very approachable and actually tries to get to know all of her students.

Prof Kranz is the best professor I have ever had! She is so understanding, helpful and caring! I am a disabled student and she really goes out of her way to help me and is always there for me! I am sad this semester has to end, but I know Prof Kranz will remain in my life! You are amazing, Prof Kranz! Thanks for all your help and support!

don't listen to the previous reviews. she is boring. she is always off topic and it's usually something retarded. the class is easy, but she takes attendance and collects homework every week, which sucks. very pointless work. unclear when things are due. just a very long 16 weeks with this prof.

Horrible as a teacher. Most of class is spent by her telling personal anecdotes and stories about her family or how amazing she and the things she's done are. The small parts when the material is discussed mostly consists of her reading from the book. It's truly painful. To get a good grade is too easy to the point of not really learning anything.

One of the most caring professors I've ever had. I would stay after class to ask questions and she was eager to help. Never made you feel dumb when asking a question, and made sure you understood the assignment completely. Oakland needs more professors like Fran!! She is a must take, you will love her!
