I found this class online to be very frustrating and hard. you cannot see which questions you got wrong on any quiz or exam. some questions repeat, so you get them wrong twice. Some questions had no answers from her lectures nor the book. She is also awful at responding to emails.

Had online class. She's not cut out to teach online. There are many questions on her exams that are nowhere in the book, she rarely responds to emails. This is a good class to take online though because it would be incredibly boring in class. However, Dr. M is poor at teaching online.

Many people say Dr. Martin is very boring, but they probably aren't listening to what she is saying. She knows so much about her politics and you take away a lot of information from her courses. Her tests are easy A's if you pay attention in class and take good notes. Take her classes!

I had her for an online section of PLSC 112. I don't know what she is like in class, but I don't think she is cut out for teaching an online course. She made things confusing a lot of the time and when I emailed her to ask a question she was very unhelpful and never addressed the question I asked.

I knew everything from when I took gov't in high school. Sometimes she only gives examples instead of fully explaining but easy to follow. Gives review sheets the class before tests and answers any questions (usually does the whole reviewsheet for the class). Never used my book test is on the notes.

If you have no interest in government, take her class! You will be surprised how interesting she can make it. Study guides are awesome, study this and you won't be surprised by the test. She doesn't make anything seem too "textbook" and talks about things going on presently.
