"How's everybody doin today?" Classic Dutton - came into class saying that everytime. It was especally helpful that he did not know any of our names, even by the end of the semester. Class was all notes, and three minor papers. Easy "A," just memorize what he tells you.

Lectures the entire class session-take notes to stay awake. He will write on the board the most important information, so pay close atn to that. Gives essay questions b4 test: review lecture notes or textbook for answers, memorize places dates and names & you're guaranteed a good grade. He's very personable and helpful.

Smart professor who knows his history. Gave very helpful(and lengthy) answers to any questions I had pertaining to historical events. If you write your papers well and study for tests, you will get an A.

Very Easy class, gives essay questions before the test and to get a 100 you need to memorize the dates, thats bascially it. A few papers, but not much else. Take his earliest class on Tuesday and Thursday and just fall asleep- thats what I did and got a A in the class.

mr. dutton may be by far the best man alive. he's just great--he completely has no idea whats going on in class, gives u the essays for the test, and honeslty doesn't even kno the class is there half the time.. seriously take him if u don't liek to participate and want easy good grades! :)

Overall MR.Dutton is an easy teacher because he gives his students the essay questions beforehand...which is great! If you put a decent amount of effort into the class, you should get an easy A. His teaching style is pure lecture which some people like

Frank Dutton is a prime example of what teachers shouldn't be. Not only is he unfriendly, anti social, he's just a jerk. He is unable to understand the concept that teaching means he has to put forth a little bit of effort.
