He's a great guy and is willing to work with you if you're having trouble. Tests are usually graded with a curve. Tells corny jokes during lectures, but it works for him. Attendance on test review days is crucial, and if you study what he covers during the review you'll do great. The class has some online assignments that are slightly annoying.

Class is hard but the professor is great. Make sure you record the class. Test are hard but the questions come right out of the book. I took this class in the summer if you can't do fast paced then take the class during a regular semester. He makes lab really fun. I enjoyed coming to class everyday.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. Retired Podiatrist, now teaching Microbiology. Willing to take extra time to explain things. Labs were fun. As long as you study for tests, you could at least get a B. Would recommend.

Great professor!! Took him for A&P I and II. I used my computer to take notes in class because he does move fast. Make sure you attend his test reviews. If you use that to study by, you will do very well on his tests. He is very knowledgable and helpful. As long as you pay attention in class and study, you will do well.

Great teacher. Obviously has taken the class many times over. Gets you to highlight relevant passages in the text n that is what is on the test. Lowest test grade dropped (7 tests make up 50%, exam 20%, labs 30%) relevant labs, and always ready to help with questions or makeup tests if needed. A lot of reading and memorization but worth taking!

If you want to take A and P and pass, then frank wilderman is the last teacher you would want to pick. He litterally takes the book transfers all of it to a power point and reads it to you.his reviews dont prepare you for the tests. take dr.jean mitchell and you will pass. she ads a 10 pt curve to all tests and labs.

This professor truly cares. He always has little stories he uses to incorporate into class they help you remember specific material and its usually a funny story. You will need a couple of highlighters and the material is straight from the book. The 2 labs we had were super easy he gives you ample time to study and his chp tests are not impossible

Dr Wilderman reads straight out of the book. Test questions are from what he covers in class. Test are timed, but if you know the material you will be fine. Labs are interesting. Ms. Sue is a BIG BIG help so use her! Just be on time and attend and you will do well. Studying is required but he clearly spells out what he wants you to know.

His class is tough,but you can get an A if you really try.It is a lot of material to learn in a short amount of time.He does prepare you for your tests and the final. Labs are actually fun, I always looked forward to them.He does seem to get a little flustered when you ask him a question but I think its b/c he REALLY likes to stick to his schedule.

This man rocks! Taking blended A&P, so only 1 class/week. I study on my own about 10-12 hours a week. A&P is hard subject, but he follows the book to the T, does go very quickly, use the book's website for help, his tests are usually 40q m/c, difficult but not impossible. Key thing is have enough time to dedicate lots of study time.

You have to highlight all your notes because he goes too fast. There is a "review" for each test. Meaning, he goes over some of the highlighted notes and gives you a general idea of what will be on it...no specifics. As long as you study what is highlighted, you will get an A. Don't recommend taking more than 1 or 2 other classes at the same time.
