I took this class online being it would help fitting it in between work and such... Anyways, he was the worst teacher ive ever had at Valencia. Literally would get emails from him in all caps, or him just making snarky rude comments. The worst. I had a good grade in the class, but got a 61% on my final AKA getting a "D".

Hands down the least helpful teacher I have ever taken in my life!!! Sends the occasional email and does not teach anything whatsoever, If he gets paid for this it's ridiculous. I should have passed the class since I had an 88% at the end of it, but because I got a 69% instead of a C on the final which he requires I failed. Worst Teacher!!!

Anyone who gave this guy a good rating is a moron. He's hands down the WORST professor I've met in my life. Doesn't respond to emails, even though I took his online course. He isn't helpful by any means. I don't know why he's getting paid actually because all he does is writes a syllabus and tells you what book to buy and sends you on your way.

this was the worst math professor i ever had. if you have a question then you better go to the math lab bc he will not help you. he always says he is so military and doesnt like the repeat himself. as well as his mind is like a computer. his class was very boring and if you want to pass math do NOT take him. he was NO help at all.

Online. Entirely self taught class. This made it easier - just go to study plan, answer questions in each section. The computer teaches you how to do them. Buy the online access code, the book is online too. Saves $$! I was too early for the midterm but he opened it for me. Sends tons of email reminders! Only graded work is terms and tests. =))

I took College Math online and it was pretty easy. There wasn't any homework but I had to teach myself the material. Tests are easy online and there are many ways to get help and practice online. I got an A in the class, only take him if you want an easy math class and you can learn on your own. Your grade was only tests and vocab.

this was my kind of math teacher because I honestly like to teach myself math and hate doing the homework so he worked perfectly since we never had homework and I never had to go to class and just taught myself and ended up with an A but if you need someone to teach you the material this will be an extremely hard class for you

Attention to detail is key to this professor, he hates repeating himself twice. I you have questions its best to ask them after or before class. Sometimes its even hard to decipher what the heck he's talking about. He runs his class in paramilitary regime.

Professor Alderman does everything to help out his students. The course outline was very clear of his expectations for his students. This class is truely self paced, so if you're not strong in math you may need to go on campus for help. However, I would recommend taking his class.

Took this guy for Trig. I found him to be terrible. He has this weird, slurry accent, except i think it's just another part of his lazy character. he acts more bored that you are with the material. I would say steer clear of him...for Trig anyway.

This class is relatively easy. I took the class online and we had the chance to take each test 2 times. The only thing I didn't like is that if you don't get a C on the final then you don't pass the class, even if you have an A or B overall. I don't know if I'd take him again.
