Dr. Tesch was a very interesting man. You have to be pay attention to his mood for the day cause that would determine how the class went. But if you honestly put effort into the class, he rewarded you for that. Participate, Read, and Show up! He definitely will push you to think.

He gives hard test. papers are tough and based in opinion. He said one class that "he is a real Dr. because medical doctors are not" avoid his class. When he gets upset he throws the book across the class.

Dr. Tesch is great! You have to go into his class prepared to think strategically and participation is key. I've taken all three courses he offered and loved every single one. Moreover, Dr. Tesch is a mentor and takes great pride in seeing his students succeed. He has followed my career and is one of my all time favorite professors.

Not an overall bad guy but has a confusing teaching method and his papers are pretty confusing too. If you have the opportunity to take another professor, do yourself the favor and avoid this professor like the plague. Needs to definitely retire!

his test are confusing. His rule bricks are confusing. His papers are useful but opinion but grades them terrible like they are essays. His very last paper he wants you to EXPLAIN EVERYTHING YOU THINK IN YOU'RE HEAD. WRITE IT DOWN!. Nice guy but terrible at teaching.I would say he is a extreme commy.

power points are useless. All of his test are on the book. will say one thing like HR mangers should have a degree. On the test he will ask that and say 'no the book says they shouldnt have a degree'. He grades your papers more on english writing styles. Transfer this class in he needs to retire.
