Had to take econ with him b/c he was the only professor. Had a repuatation of being a terrible teacher, but would have to take 2 classes at my community college to cover this one. Really is a terrible teacher! But everyone failed so he graded on a curve, ended with an A-. Also, he made fun of my shirt in an example.

Th class was hard but he was a very interesting guy. I would live to have him as a family member. He is quit bad ass also. I wouldn't recommend taking him, the only reason i passed was because he was on probation

For those saying he taught well, please give those taking his class tips on how to succeed. Have a 3.7 GPA, please tell me why I struggled to maintain a C in this course? His class is organized properly but moves on regardless of how well the class is doing. Online assignments were extremely frustrating. I would not recommend this professor.

People complain for no reason, yes it is somewhat hard but he really tries to make sure students ACTUALLY learn something from the class. Also he deff. DOESN'T play favorites. He doesn't care who you are; the grade WILL be whether you earned it or not. And he's almost always available/and if not he will try to explain through email

This class was very challenging and certainly requires a lot of out-of-the-classroom work. For those willing to put in the work, thre is lot to be gained. You get out what you put in! Dr. Fagal is extremely knowledgable and helpful--he is available during his office hours and makes himself available even when he shouldn't be. Would take him again.

fagal fagal fagal. this class was terrible. I never wanted to go. Just took the final and got a 51 which is amazing for me in that class. He quizzes everyday and they make no sense. avoid taking this class. Cool as a person terrible as a teacher

Dr. F was the best teacher I had at Marywood, bar none. He has an incredible background in econ and refuses to dumb it down for the sake of people used to coasting; instead, he is always available during his office hours and always willing to help struggling students. He makes you work to learn, but learn you will. Thanks, Dr. F!

He's very passionate and knows his stuff, BUT he absolutely canNOT teach. The hardest class ever. I speeds over material and doesn't go back to help students. He is a nice guy, but he really doesn't care about the students.

Terribly boring person, will not go over anything he made you do for homework. Barely even teaches in class. The final was next to impossible, NO ONE in class understood it, he finally told us he took if from an AP high school exam and didn't even look at it!!
