Great teacher but you will not pass if you do not do the work and put in the effort. This is not a class where you will be spoon feed but overall once you get the hang of things you will be fine, the textbook was only used for the beginning portion. If you are not much of a speaker by the end of this class you will be great.

Two speeches in class. One group and one individual. Need to dress professionally for the speeches. She sounds really hard but she gives you better grades than you think on your speeches. Got easy A and exempts you from final if you get good grade in class.

Don't take her if you're looking for an easy A or if you are unable to follow simple directions! She's one of the most straight forward professors I ever had. She is VERY clear, she explains everything in great detail so if you go to class, you will have no problems with your speeches. I wish more professors were like her!

She is an ok teacher at first Very engazing and interesting at(only at) first.But later on when the speeches come along. She is THE MOST annoying person you will ever meet. She takes off points for dumb things.BTW she is a harsh grader. Most of my classmates disliked her.when it was our turn to grade her, we all gave her the worst grades possible!

I love this professor. She is one of the best. She is very helpful. You need to make sure you do your work on time and that you follow her instructions. I found the class easy and the work useful. I am using what she taught me in my other classes and I am getting better grades on my papers. She is very motivating.
