Comment:

Responds to simple questions with a level of sass that makes you want to stop asking questions. Class is very expensive so be sure this major is what you want to do before you take this class. She makes things more difficult than they need to be.

Worst class ever taken. She gives random assignments 2 mins before class ends, threatens to give incompletes for the class if something is slightly wrong. She gave us an assignment the day of the final and said its due by noon at 8:45am and then of course gave out incompletes if it wasnt to her standards. Worst class Ive ever taken

I took Beginning Badminton for an extra credit hour and ended up spending more time reading the book and studying for her tests than my other classes. There are 2 tests, a final, and a skills test. The tests are difficult, she scores skills based on others in the class, not if you've improved. I have a 4.0, attended every class, and received a B.

She could never enter grades properly and she would waste time on things not applicable to class. She would wait to start case studies until 1 minute before class ended in some cases and had questions where none of the provided answers are "correct." Took the summer course and she posted an assignment at 10 pm on July 4th due the next morning.

She is just all over the place. Loses papers and always thinks that the student is wrong. Won't answer questions properly. There are times where she is nice to be around but most times not.

She was always on time, and gave multiple reminders of when assignments were do. Everything was clear, and she let you know exactly what she was looking for. Aside from the coursework, she regularly asks about her students personal experiences, and shares stories from her life. Overall, I really enjoyed the class, and would highly recommend it

she is rude...mean..and only complains about how bad of students everyone is. She isn't exactly helpful. When i went to her for help she told me to read the book. If you get her, change. On the plus side if you get Adam Potts for the lab porition, you're in luck :)

Horrible rude woman!! Not helpful at all and makes students feel students feel dumb in front of others in class when they ask questions. She is very cocky and has a loud/in your face lecturing style. Constantly yelling at students in lab as well. Really makes you dread going to class.

She is so rude! She makes people look like idiots if they ask questions. Shes annoying and loud and not a very good teacher. The lecture is really pointless just have someone take your CPS because you can teach yourself the rest. I just guessed on the tests and got 70s. Pointless class but do all the lab stuff its easy.

Don't go to lecture; go to lab. Give your CPS to someone else to get you your attendance points for lecture, because it's a waste of time and you can download the powerpoints off the internet, so it's pointless. Do ALL your lab work and your online quizzes, and you can get C's on all exams and still get an A in the class.

This class is ridiculous and this teacher does not understand that a 50 min lecture per week shouldn't cover everything the book covers. The exams are impossible. It was said that only 10 people have ever gotten an A. Good luck if you are stuck with her.

PED 100 is the hardest blow off class I have ever taken. The tests don't cover any of the material you learn in class and the CPS questions for attendance points are equally hard. She isn't a very nice lady or helpful at all, but all of the lecture classes are really hard and the tests are impossible, no matter what teacher you get. Bring your clicker to class and get your participation points: you can miss 2 lectures and still get full points for the clickers.

No. No. Noooooooo!!!! She was rude in class when asked questions, she was confusing when she did explain things, and when I tried to go to her office for help, she was unorganized and hadn't even written down that I had made an appointment with her. Ridiculous.

Decidedly average teacher. Forget about getting help outside of class, and if you do it will come with a lot of grousing and complaining. She knows the material and she's a fair grader (usually), but everything about that class just screams "average." I'd give her a 7 out of 10 overall.
