Comment:

Constitutional Origins and Warren Court both excellent classes. Dr. Crawford is a historian's historian. His lectures are lucid and illuminating, the texts are well selected (complete w/ supp. bibliography), and he knows Constitutional law like the back of his hand and is not too arrogant to help students. Definitely take both classes.

Comment:

One of the best teachers I've had. Reading can be difficult and overwhelming at times. Test questions are very detailed, but he hands out sample questions the week before. Class is 7:20 to 10:10 at night, but he gives breaks during.

Comment:

very knowledgable, expects a lot from his students such as having the reading done, which can be a lot. when i had some troubles that caused me to miss two classes, he seemed genuinely concerned with my well-being. however, he will not be as understanding if you just blow off the class. as i said, he expects the best from his students.

Very knowledgeable. Clear lectures. The class is a lot of reading, especially during test weeks when you also have to study, but he gives you a set of possible test questions the week before the test. The reason he didn't get a 5 for helpfulness is b/c he travels frequently and can be hard to get in touch with (no regular office hours). RECOMMENDED
