This guy actually wants you to learn. No text book crap, he'll teach you how it really is in the real world (to the extent possible ofcourse). He has a great sense of humor but he can be tough too. One of my most memorable teachers in a good way.

Attendance + notes in class are crucial. Most of tests are based on concepts learned in lectures. Use his "key words" to score higher grades. Little textbook use, practical questions based on textbok questions. Not very hard. Know how to explain WHY?

the only Ryerson ACC i respect as a person. Nick seemed to be an easy going guy. He makes everything so clear. He stresses certain topics whcih will be on the exam. easiest A in your ACC major

He wings the whole class, stretches a 1-hour lecture to 2.5 hours and never has enough handouts. Course is not taught at a university level, and definitively does not prepare you for an accounting designation - although he is mildly amusing.

I really enjoyed this class. He forces you to think strategically, and makes the class interesting. Be careful on the final. He puts all of the emphasis on qualitative issues throughout the term, but the final is very technical.
