I took all my architecture classes with him. He's really helpful in some cases, but sometime you just have to design what he's looking for. He hates traditional styles, btw. Overall, I think he's easy, he assigns a lot homework, architecture has never been easy, anyways. But if he sees you making progress and doing your hw, he will go easy on you.
