It's a hybrid class, so there's book hw & online hw and quizzes. Easy, but a lot. If you mess up on either, you can ask for an extension to make it up. Stern, but passionate.

Dr. Spieler is a passionate woman. Her only draw back is she's too heavily into Donna's 4.0 system. She shoves it down your throat... a lot. Besides that, she does everything she does with the intention of making you as successful as possible. She really does care. This class does make you earn your grade and there's a lot of reading and work.

She is a great teacher overall. She favors certain students, she would help students she likes and totally ignore the students she does not like. Her lectures are not too fast, and would expect you to do the sample questions in class the same day. YOU MUST STUDY HER HANDOUTS, BECAUSE THEY ARE ON THE TEST. Be careful with notations on the test too!

Good teacher to take even if you hate math. The class I took was hybrid but that made it easier. You can retake all your tests and homework until you get the grade you want. She will help you as long as you ask. I got a C because I missed my final but I had an 87 without an exessive amount of wor. Take this class if you will attend upper level math

very cool and helpful teacher. will help untill you understand. alot of homework but if you do it you can pass the class with low test scores. makes the class fun with her accent and stories. sometime's take home test sometime's accept's very late homework just amke sure you don't miss class. YOU WILL be LOST !!

Great Teacher! Loves teaching and it shows through her enthusiasm. Do the homework, take notes & ask questions. "Your brian is a muscle that must be exercised daily!" You'll get exactly what you put into the class. Will taker her classes in the future, I learned alot!

Good sense of humor and warm toward students.Makes too many mistakes on class lectures. Lectures are straight from the book so if you take this class dont bother taking notes cause they wont makes sense due to her mistakes.Be prepared to read the book
