Class is hard, but learned a lot. The simulation is supper hard, but you might be able get help from friends who are in programing major. I think it is how that software writes the code into the system rather than putting it like the real world business competition. But Gomes loves this program.

I took Prof Gomes for three different classes in the early 90's. I can tell you 10 years later you will appreciate the profs who set high expectations and demanded students to perform. You will be thanking them and those wil be the one or two profs you track down to share your life stories with.

Pretty intimidating for how short he is. Hard class, attendance isn't mandatory but he'll know when yur not there and call you on it. Lectures are actually very interesting and structured as discussions with almost no power point. Hard tests and hard grader. Enjoy.

This professor is a very challenging professor, and his liking for asking for volunteers is a little scary, but this is the professor who actually demands that you give him your best. You have to work for your grade in this class, but you will find it is well worth it to do your best. This is a real college course, not a grade buffer.

One of the worst teachers and people I have ever met. He uses the guise of "making you think" to give low grades and belittle people. Bogs down class with uninteresting and unnecessary stories, "dreams" and analogies. Do whatever it takes to get into somebody else's class.
