math is hard for me but he teaching very well. Labs helps a lot, homework is good and quizzes after chapter gives an idea what expected in the test.

He is a fantastic professor! I hate math and never understood it, yet he made it easier. He cares for his students and will make sure they succeed as long as they are putting in the equal effort.

Don't recommend taking if you aren't good at math. He is super helpful though and wants you to succeed. I just personally didn't like the way he taught.

Professor Noe dosent care about his students one bit and is the most subborn person i met in my life. He will literally tell u theres a project due in 2 days and if you were to complain he would tell you im a professor and i make my own rules. missed about 9 days and if a student misses one class he lowers your grade. All out miserable person

I love Professor Noe. He's 10x better then Professor Wey. He doesn't have an accent and he teaches slowly and steadily like a college professor should do while Professor Wey teaches very fast and she has a southern accent (also known as southern twang). He puts us into groups for everything and it helps us get to know one another and peer teaching.

Terrible professor, dont take any classes that he teaches!!! Very rude, makes stupid jokes, not a cool guy. His classes run the full time, so dont expect to leave early. Very monotone and bland, I wouldnt recommend him to my worse enemy!

worst professor I've ever had! does not seem to care about his students, assigned a project 2 weeks before the end of the semester and told us that "it's not my problem, it's yours". he takes forever to grade tests, the semester has been over for a week and my final grade still has not been posted. also was absent a lot, do not take him.

I have never been good at math, Noe finally changed that for me. He made me understand math like I never did before. He is a great guy, he does care about his students and their grades. As long as you show you care, and want help he is willing to help you. I would take him again!

Professor Noe was great to have as a professor. Although I'm not great at math, he made it enjoyable. He explains properties and other math terms very easily. As long as you do the HW, and study for the tests, there's no reason why you shouldn't get an A.

This professor makes math enjoyable. I hate math and i'm not good at it and he teaches so well. He goes in depth and you can ask as many stupid questions as you want and he won't make you feel stupid.

an okay professor. teaches at a fast pace. if you have a question he will answer it. plenty of review time for tests. not a lot of homework. some quizzes are harder then others. not a total fan of his grading. available for extra help during office hours. gives out group projects,you don't have to work with a group, you can work independently.

Noe must of changed since he first started, because he is a pretty good professor, and I found him kind of funny. He won't seek you out to help, but he will go over whatever questions you ask. Quizzes were short, tests had multiple reviews, and you can do as much or little HW as you want.

I can't say that this professor makes it easy for you. But I can say that he is very good at explaining the course. He gives a lot of examples and expects students to participate and do problems on the board which really helped me. Missing class is not a good idea, homework isn't mandatory but helpful if you do it. Doing the lab in class is helpful

It sucks to take this class for a whole semester and not get any credit, but Prof. Noe is probably the chillest math teacher I ever had. He gives very short quizzes, and doesn't even check homework. Only three tests, but there is a review packet you get weeks in advance. This is the only time I got an A in math ever.

Noe is the man! I don't understand the criticism, but look I HATE math and did great in the class. Really dumbs down the material, test reviews, easy grader, and lets us out early. He's actually kinda funny and a Dolphins fan. He'll shoot the breeze about football or whatever sometimes. will help u too.

Noe is really a good dude, and his cheap jokes are appreciated. He WILL help you 100%, just ask. Easy grader, shows you easiest way to do problems. Syllabus is very clear, assigns light HW, he doesnt check. Quizzes, but VERY short&dumb easy. Review packet for the test, no trick questions. In class labs are easy, we get out early every class.
