Every once in a while you come across a brilliant professor who will inspire you to excel. Gordon is one of those guys; not to mention that he works for the students of Mercy college rather than the Department of Math and CS. If you show effort and ask questions (even during exams), you will pass, but more importantly, you will learn. Take em.

Actually had him at WCC. He was very clear and logical in his method of teaching. Extremely professional. I entered his classroom terrified and left the final exam with a huge grin on my face. I no longer fear mathematics. Thanks Dr. Feather!

Dr. Gordon Feathers was one of my finest professors at Mercy College. I recommend him without reservation for all calculus courses at Mercy College. Calculus is not an inherently easy subject for most people, and he does his best to explain in great detail how one step leads to the other.

He is a great teacher. He is extremely helpful. He makes sure everyone understands the material before he moves on. Make sure you are in an actual class with him and don't take it online. He just assigns material and doesn't really go over any of it.
