He is assigned to take this class but he only takes half the class and his assistant , Farzaneh Naghivi, takes the other half. She is the worst teacher you can imagine. Writes on board exactly what is written in the text book. Unable to answer questions from sample problems, I have doubts whether she could do these problems without seeing the soln

Really nice guy, he isn't very interesting and it is difficult to fully pay attention but he teaches a boring topic. Weekly assignments that can take some time. Exam and midterms mainly based off of the assignments and in class examples. No surprises will pop up during the exams so study what he goes over.

Very dull class. He does not make statistics intuitive or interesting. He teaches you everything you need to know though. Do the assignments, exam questsions are similar to assignments. Tutorials are very useful, probably more so than the lectures. Final exam was surprisingly easy. A very boring class, but if you do the assignments, you'll do okay.

Dr. Fenton is great, no complaints what so ever. He will help you out with literally anything course related. Do the assignments and attend class, exams are fair but you need to practice assignment questions.

Also taught ENGM2032. He's your run of the mill "good university prof". He cares about his students, is very knowledgable, fair test, assignment and marking-wise, will answer questions (even stupid ones) uncondescendingly. Except the material is so incredibly dull you better bring a pillow to class. Don't think he can do anything about it, though.

Excellent professor to have for learning Risk Assessment. Unfortunately, I did not have the privilege to take ENGM2081 with him but all I can say is that he excels at what he does and his passion for teaching is evident in the way he conducts his classes. Extremely helpful. Attending lectures and tutorials arent mandatory but are vital for success.

Great at teaching computer programming, the class was sometimes dull but he would try hard to get the class involved with the programs he was trying to make. I hope he teaches me another class later on!

Dr. Fenton is the best prof I've ever had! His lectures are well-organized and explanations are clear. Good for help outside of class. His assignments prepare you well for the midterm and final. MT and final were fair. He is genuinely concerned for students, and encourages students to ask questions. Answers questions thoroughly.He's just fantastic!
