TAKE HIM! Most comfortable and open class Ive ever been in. He has very slim boundaries so beware to be very open about your life and relationships. Loved going to class everyday. He tells you exactly what will be on the exams and always gives ec.. Close knit class that i wish i could retake. Go to class, exams are common sense. 1 Book Report.

Comment:

Family and Marriage was one of the most important classes I took while at moraine. It helped me appreciate my life and the aspect of Family that I never knew I could. What's said in class Stays in class. You learn a lot about yourself when Guy talks to you. TAKE IT. DONT THINK TWICE

Really enjoyed this class. He takes everything in the book and relates it back to real world situations. Always asks students for their feedback on relationships so if you're shy this class is NOT for you. You will talk almost every class, but he makes you feel comfortable. Study Guides Tests so do them!

Comment:

SOC102 was a blast with Bentivenga. Such a nice, funny guy, very entertaining during his lessons. Easy tests if you study, one book report due near the end of the semester, and a lot of good life lessons/stories about marriage. Recommended.

Very nice guy, does call on you randomly in class which I don't like, but he made me feel comfortable. 4 tests, fairly easy if you review what he tells you. Would definitely take him again!

Guy was a really weird prof. His class was super easy, but his lectures were very long and dry. Easy A with only 4 tests and no assignments in between. One 5 page book review at the end of the semester but he was an easy grader. Nice guy.

Mr. B is super easy, but he isn't very respectful toward students. I felt that he talked down to us a lot. He will call on you, so be prepared for that. But his class is very easy; 4 exams, and one book report. Take the class if you want an easy A, but you won't learn much at all; most of the class is bunny trails about things that don't matter.

nice and willing to help, listen if you have anything going on. Class is fun and very interesting. If you study you will do awesome on the tests he basically gives you what you need to know. When you are done with the test he gives you the answers so you basically know your final exam. One exam paper. if you attended all class you get xtra points!

Guy is a fantastic teacher whose lessons are based around very interesting class discussions. He makes the subject matter (marriage and family) so interesting, and I loved listening to him talk. Pretty easy class as long as you study good for the tests. Read the whole paragraph, not just the bold!!! I highly recommend Guy, he was amazing.!

Mr B is the best! Most of our class was discussion based and not reading out of a boring textbook. He does take attendance but the class discussions were fun and made you want to come to class. Very few assignments and the midterm/final are take home. Can't beat it! Take Mr B if you want a nice easy class with an easy A!

This was the easiest class I ever took at Moraine. He's such a nice man and prety much literally underlines everything in the test for you. If you do not get an A in this class....I'm sorry but you are stupid. Half the questions are common sense. This is Sociology, not Organic Chemistry.

Mr.B is a cool guy. He is very easy that gives 3 tests which are exactly like the study guide. He makes you underline whats going to be on the test. The final is not hard. If you only miss one class you get 5 extra credit points on your final. Recommend taking him.
