This professor CARES about his students, beyond the classroom. He wants us to succeed. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Bertrand. He has helped me to reach goals in my life by being a great teacher, but also due to helping me with recommendations and with advice even outside of the classroom. He has helped me so much with medical school.

Very clear with the subject material and really helpful during office hours. Really makes the effort to make the material more understandable. The practice problems he posts are a lot like the problems in his exams so if you do them regularly you're guaranteed to do well on the exams. Pretty hilarious too.

Professor Bertrand is an excellent professor. He's very easy teacher, his class might get a little boring. He spends the last week reviewing for the final and the reviews are very grateful. The practice midterms are really helpful, so do tem!!

He's a great prof! he really just makes 112A a breeze, he does not make things complicated at all! YOU will understand ochem simply by sitting down and listening. His tests are not easy but not hard either, they're fair. overall hes a good teacher.

He is no doubt an easy teacher, and at first I was happy to hear this. But, if you have him for 112A, I can guarantee that any other professors you will have for the ochem series will def NOT be as easy. This puts you at a disadvantage bc u dont learn anything in this class, which SERIOUSLY hurts you in 112B and even 112C.

Bertrand is perhaps the easiest professor you will ever have. If you show up to lecture he explains everything well and you dont need the textbook at all. He gives sample test questions in class which are exactly like the ones on the real test. The practice exams are also helpful.
