Frau Guzman is honestly one of the nicest teachers I've ever had. about as difficult as any language course is, but she is an easy grader and always willing to answer questions. She also tells you what is on the test ahead of time. Decent amount of homework and regular quizzes and tests and two oral exams and two presentations. not hard

Really great professor who wants to make sure you do well in the class. Important to go to class. After a while it can get a bet tiresome but you really need to be at class if you want a good grade. Homework was probably the most annoying part of the class. She did her best to make the class enjoyable too which was nice.

Great professor, you need to go every class or you will simply be left behind. Class is taught in German for total immersion. She is terrible at assigning homework, never really know what sections to do and when to turn it in. Tests are almost straight from the end of the book. German isn't for everyone but if study hard you can pass the class.

Frau Guzman is simply the nicest, most involved, caring Prof. This is my second term with her and she still continues to amaze with her depth of patience and friendliness in the class. Consummate professional while maintaining a very relaxed,learning friendly environment in class. Class act.

She was definately the best teacher I've ever had. Her personality is amazing, She loves to teach german and teach you about the culture, its a class that you learn more than just the language. I learned so much, she is definately the greatest teacher, you'll miss out if you dont take her class.

Even when I would ask for help I felt she couldn't find any other way to put it across.So I would be lost no matter what. My absolute favorite teacher at state!! The class is easy if you do the homework, people who think this class is hard just didn't study. She is extremely helpful and always tells you what you will need to know for the tests and quizes. The culture project is a breeze!

she is the cutest nicest professor ever! but this class def. involves effort. if you're gonna take german you def. want this professor. but remember languages are hard. and i didnt do well on my tests but she also grades on attendance and i went so she pushed my grade up and i got a B-

Great teacher in all aspects. Languages are hard to learn and Frau Guzman makes it easier to take a grasp at German than most people, I'd imagine. She's very cute in which she laughs all the time and us almost always in good spirits.

Frau Guzman is a wonderful teacher. Always willing to help, and work with you. Very nice, very enthusiastic teacher. I would take her for all my german classes if it were possible.
