I took him online. We only had four exams with 4-6 chapter per exam and two homework assignments. Therefore, if you do poorly on one test you will have to work to get your grade up. There was no extra credit offered to my class. He also took forever to respond to emails. When he did grade the two assignments he gave you no reasoning to why.

Although this was an online class, he never truly taught. He used a lot of old and outdated lectures and assignments and was never really involved in the class. And at the end, he always curves to giving you a passing grade. So if you want an easy A and don't want to learn anything from your teacher then this is the class for you.

Can be an Easy A class IF SOMEONE ELSE TAUGHT IT!! Very vague lectures that have no relation to the test, just rambling. If you do the assignments there is no telling what you are going to get and there is no explanation as to why you got the grade or what was the criteria. Try asking, go ahead and wait like two weeks for a response. Do the workB

2 tests, 3 assignments sounds like an easy class but no. He isn't involved in any of the assignments or class in general. Uses old lectures and powerpoints that haven't been updated in years. No study guide or guidelines for test/assignments. Very vague. TA grades everything. Better off avoiding this professor if possible.

I really enjoyed taking his class. His online lectures are funny and I have learned a lot. Study the terms in the book for the tests. Papers are 1-3 pages long. Do the extra credit, it really helped me.

3 tests, 2 assignments (which consist of a total of 4 essays). Tests are difficult (cover 4-6 chapters of material, each). No study guides. Lecture videos are available in which he covers his powerpoints. There is also extra credit in each video so watch the videos FULLY! Brought my grade from a C+ to a B+.

EASY A!! assigns 2 assignments during the semester, and 3 tests. the 2 assignments total to 4 papers, 3-4 pages of decent info will get you an A. Didn't read the book, used the powerpoints and lectures he posted. Use quizlet to help study the info for the tests. Pretty much a self guided class, very little communication with prof.

Haim is super funny to listen to, he really knows what he is talking about. For online classes watching the video lectures are super important as he offers extra credit in them. I made the mistake of not watching them and it put me at a great disadvantage. Tests are kind of hard to study for.

This class was definitely the toughest class I have taken. The biggest reason is I literally had to study and memorize the entire chapter cover on the test. He doesn't give you a study guide and his powerpoint lecture video would never be enough to cover what is on the test. I got an A, but I study like there no tomorrow for his test.

You would think 3 exams and 2 writing assignments would be a breeze. No, you are not given a study guide to know what to be ready for on the exams, you are just told its ANYTHING over 5-6 chapters, so you study everything. The writing assignements were a joke and graded by his TA's

The course is 200 points in total, consisting of 3 tests and 2 assignments. The assignments consist of 3 essay prompts that the pearson software grades for him, so even if your essay would make sense to a human, it's up to a computer to decide your grade on those... The tests are 56 questions each time, worth 50 points so anything over is EC.

Took marketing online. Simple clear grading criteria. No group projects. Have to purchase Pearson software to do assignments. Listen to the lectures- very important because he also releases some extra credit assignments that will help you out A LOT. Tests are hard if you don't study. He is understanding and kind.

The tests were ridiculously difficult. Grading is unclear until the end. His video lectures are quite boring, but make sure you listen to them as he embeds extra credit opportunities within those lectures. He will boost your final letter grade at the end based on the number of extra credit questions answered, which saved my grade considerably.

I liked him a lot. Its an online class so if you listen to the lectures or at least keep up with the textbook, you will do fine. Group project at the end, its a lot of work but nothing too hard and he gives you the whole semester to do it. Overall he is funny, nice, very understanding and I would definitely recommend him.

I got an A, but it was a frusturating class. Listening to powerpoints everyday was boring and the group project was not explained well at all. I'm pretty sure Mano means well, I think he had some personal problems this semester and was not into it. I would give him a second chance and take him again.

i dont understand prior ratings for this professor. While he was a silly man and tried making you laugh, he was rarely succesful, and his class was a joke. All semester we were to work on this group project that was so poorly organized most of us had very little idea what to do, and he didn't help much.
