Professor Jones is amazing! He is funny, but professional. It was a pleasure to get to know him. He gives (usually) five question attendance tests along with a midterm and a final. The readings he assigns are interesting and easy enough to understand. All you have to do is read the stories and you'll do fine.

A great professor overall. You can tell that he enjoys his job and what he teaches. He keeps the class entertaining with stories of his own personal experiences. Hell go on a rant sometimes which is ok, because we all need to do this every once in a while.

One of the best professors I've ever had. You definitely have to put some work in. Quiz each week, but if you read you'll do fine. The projects and home-work assignments are not difficult. Just time consuming and tedious. He's a great professor and really cares about his students. 10/10 would take any of his classes again.

Had this guy for Tech Writing. The way he does his assignments & lectures & expectations is outstanding. I felt I was working for a boss instead of a teacher. It was great! He is very clear on what he expects of you. And if you are not sure he will do his best to explain it so you can understand.

Fun class. talks a lot during class. cusses a mass amount during class. You read about four or three books along with a movie in between each book. easy class if you attend. there are quizzes each class over what you were supposed to read or the movie that is watched the lab before.

I loved this class! I am a science major and this class taught me skill I have already put to use. If you go to class and read for quizzes you will do well. He doesn't grade the papers hard if he can tell you put forth an effort.

Very cool teacher, but did not appreciate how crude and inappropriate he was. He talked about sex and cussed a lot and I found it almost offensive. Very easy class though, if you show up daily and read what you are supposed to.

Awesome teacher! Really helpful, and available when you need help on a paper. If you do the readings and go to class, you'll be fine. He knows his material and likes to curse which keeps the class fun and interesting. Definitely recommend taking his class!

He is a great professor! I enjoyed his class so much. Read the book carefully and SHOW UP TO CLASS and you should do fine. Very laid back, but if you don't like teachers cursing, then don't sgn up for his class. He's very nice and funny, I would highly reccomend him if you don't like english (I don't like it, but his class was amazing!)

AWESOME TEACHER!! Gives you all the necessary tools you need to write each essay. He is very funny and keeps class interesting, but if you get offended easily, you might want to try another teacher. Never wrote a paper in HS, and now im atleast a B writer. TAKE HIM!

I absolutely loved Hank Jones' class. He is a great English teacher. If English is not your thing, just show up and read the stories and you will make an A! However, if you enjoy English, you will be dying to take a class from him a second time. He is an intringing person!
