A really funny teacher who keeps class upbeat and has a great sense of humor. If you can get him while taking french here - do it. The only issue is that the classes are mostly based on oral teaching so you need to spend some time with the book to get the written stuff for the tests but its definitely worth it to have him as a professor.

Dr. Patton is a wonderful teacher! He is sharp, funny and engaging. Expect numerous jokes throughout class. He does a great job preparing students for tests, but be sure to keep up with the readings and grammar exercises.

He's a crazy, chain-smoking, France-loving, hyperactive old man. While intermediate french is not always that interesting, he always had some fun activity planned. He only ever got mad at my class once, so don't goof around too much even though M. Patton is pretty lenient. He is also seemingly obsessed with living in TR.

This guy is an awesome professor. His classes are fun, you learn a lot, and the only hard grades are in the very beginning when there is a tendency for everyone to have little spelling mistakes (However, he does give you the opportunity to revise your work for a better grade). He is my favorite teacher so far.
