Hes a really cool guy! He makes everything very easy to understand. There are occasional pop quizzes. Show up to every class because he doesnt go by the book. Take ALLLL the notes you can because he doesnt share his slideshows. Tests are all multiple choice. Bonus- hes funny

Mr Caruso deserves a 5. Hes such a caring person, he makes his lectures very interesting and fun. He gives homework which is very easy and helps your grade a lot. He is also happy to sit down and work with you if you need help. 10/10 best Proffessor Ive had so far at Columbus state.

Mr. Caruso literally deserves a 5. He makes the class lectures fun and he gives you examples that apply to every day life. If you skip a lecture its kind of difficult to catch up, although hes willing to help and work with you. The class uses learnsmarts which help boost your grade. Overall I highly recommended Mr. Caruso.

caruso is super nice and his class is pretty easy. I got C's on most of his exams but with the PACE assignments and the online textbook hw it wasn't too hard to get a good grade. make sure you come to class prepared to take notes. he makes lecture fun and he's very understanding.

Caruso is an amazing man. He gives all the tools you need to get an A from the first class you just got to work hard to earn an A. He's more into practicality rather than memorizing. He's so professional and makes class fun. All the negative comments are just bitter students that didn't work hard to get an A. You'll never forget this prof.I recomme

Best teacher ive ever had at Columbus state. Mr. Caruso is great. Lectures are never boring, his homeworks are easy and they help you understand material. His tests are completely fair. Best teacher at Columbus state.

This man is the worst. Day one sexist comments. Week 4 pushing his ideas on the class by telling lies. This is the most stressful class. You have to go to class to learn what's on the test but it's hard to listen because if him Weather you care about this stuff or not. Just don't take he's not a good teacher over all.

Absolutely loved this class! Mr. Caruso puts real-life situations into his lectures so you can understand better, is very funny, & makes the class interesting. PACE papers were a bit tough, but everything else was a breeze. If I could take PSY1100 again, I would.

Charismatic native New Yorker. Get a social psychology text book from half priced books, no need to pay for the new edition. Attendance is not manditory but your grade will most likely suffer if you don't go. Gives you the whole semester to do situational analysis, but I did mine in two days and still got an A. Take good notes and you'll be fine.

Mr Caruso is a very good teacher, His lectures are just taking notes and him explaining them clearly, there is a bit of homework but its fairly easy and he doesn't make it to complicated, hes great :)

easy class, clear grading criteria. no group projects or standing up in front of the class. very funny guy and interesting class, i enjoyed showing up. take notes and do your work and you'll do just fine. not overwhelming at all. i would take this class again in a heartbeat.

He gets straight to the point and as long as you do the assignments and actually pay attention you will be perfectly fine. He has a dry sense of humor which I actually enjoyed! he has great stories to help you relate to and remember the lectures !
