One of the toughest teachers I've had, but very fair, and willing to work with schedule conflicts if unavoidable. Do NOT take this class if you do not wish to think, or be open to other viewpoints than your own. If you are ready for that, take it. It's awesome

Dr. Moore is probably the hardest professor at SGU if you want to coast through a class and the easiest if you are willing to honestly try. All he literally wants is to be able to see that you are actually attempting and thinking critically. There are no wrong answers in his class, just lazy people.

Dr. Moore way of presenting information that may be new and uncomfortable to students is admirable. He helps us to gradually open our minds and consider things we never had before in ways we never had before. And we still don't know what he really thinks!

Tough class, but not because of assignments. He wants you to be able to discuss readings in class and show critical thought. He is very friendly. Don't fall behind! He doesn't ACCEPT late homework.

Sometimes he loses students during lecture and note taking is almost impossible because he moves too fast through his power points. He also does not except late homework and it must be typed. If you go to him though he is willing to help.

Just strive to be one of his favorite students, and you'll coast the whole way through. He is a really nice guy though, but his test are really hard and confusing. And if he's having a bad day, WATCH OUT!
