Great professor. Informative, direct. Will talk to students when you show up at his office during office hours - or when you see him out of the office. Definately militant, perhaps intimidating, but don't be scared! He's great. One of the best.

SOCIALLY AWKWARD. Keep that in mind that he cannot for the life of him hold a conversation or even say hi in a humane manner, I don't know if he wants to live or not. Other than that, very clear, quizzes and test are literally what he tells you they're on. Also, attend because he will never repeat himself 'less a good student asks for clarification

Though he is monotonous in class, simply following what he's writing on the board will make the class go by in a flash; he works fast. Grades come back promptly. Grading is simple: if you don't know it, you don't do well, if you do know it, you do well. Just do ALL his practice tests and questions he tells you to do for quizzes and you'll do well.

Imagine Ben Stein, except vindictive instead of funny. The man has no soul and he will tear your GPA a new one if you aren't as good at advanced vector calculus as he is. Run away now and consider yourself lucky to have escaped intact. It's been more than a year since he made my life a living hell, and I still cringe every time I hear his name.

Picker is only easy if you know physics before hand!!! He goes out of his way to make no sense and he doesn't give partial credit! Tests are similar to examples given out, but if you don't do exactly what he wants you get no credit. It is soooooo easy to fail tests and quizzes.Take Phys at UofH!!

The man absolutely refuses to interact with students. He is stone cold, heartless. He mumbles to the blackboard and rarely if ever turns to face the class. It's obvious that he doesn't care about the subject matter or his role as a teacher. His class is unimaginably boring. Bring a pillow.

Should not have been teaching stats. He seemed confused by the topics and was very hard to understand, I barely learned anything. Don't bother going to class, and if you do just read the book during it.

the cleass is easy, but this guy is seriously just like John Nash...We think his imaginary friend (who he stops and looks at regularly when he's not mumbling inaudibly at the blackboard) lectures well, but I guess we'll never really know...

I have a strange feeling picker actually did all those previous rating himself. He mumbles a lot, cant see what hes writing, and when he does he complicates things beyond necessity. my advice is read the book in class.
